My name is Frédérique  and I am from France. In 2014, after a trip to visit my family, my daughter Kate decided to start baking some macarons so that her friends could see how delicious they are. And so, Katie's French Macarons was born.

Since then, the business has grown and many people have enjoyed our fine macarons. We use the best products: fresh eggs from our hens, and fine almond flour from a California farm. Best of all, our product is always fresh since we bake to order.
